This week everything is set for quick suppers. My hubby has been helping out my parents with the demo of their home. (They have lived on the Missouri River my whole life, and this year it flooded something fierce. Their home was full of water and mold. Now, the water level has dropped, so they are tearing everything apart so they can clean and whatnot.)
