Baby Booties

I was spending time with my grandma the other day, and she had a couple pieces from a pattern she used to make baby booties long ago.  She let me take them home to play with! Yay!

I had a sole and one side of the booties. It took some figuring out, but look what I made!

 

I am going to make another pair sometime this week, and make some changes. I added the ribbon, because there was nothing to keep the shoe on the baby foot. Next time, I am going to incorporate some elastic. I also want to make the sole a little thicker. 

All in all, I call it a success!
