- 1 lb Ground Turkey (ground hamburger works, too.)
- 1 can of green beans
- 1 can of carrots
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (I always use the Italian Style for a little extra flavor)
- 2 cups of pasta (Farfalle today, but we have used all kinds! Penne, macaroni, orecchiette, etc.)
- Minced onion (to taste -- this is totally optional!)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
We even love the leftovers cold at my house! If you do any variations to this dish, let me know how they turn out!
